Thai navy officer rescues four kittens from drowning Not so long ago, the Internet was in awe of the story of four kittens who would surely have drowned if not for the heroism of one person. The boat capsized on the high seas near Koh Adang, trapping eight crew members and four kittens. The crew asked for help, but the boat was already sinking quickly. Fortunately, the Thai naval forces were able to approach while the boat was already descending. The crew were rescued quickly and without problems. On closer inspection, looking for an oil spill, one of the offices noticed four kittens in a crane-like structure, so it immediately took off his shirt, put on a vest, and swam in the water to rescue the kittens.
He was able to do this shortly before the ship sank. If he hadn’t arrived on time, it could have been a disaster. Photos of this bold move were posted online, and Thatsaphon Saii’s office became a worldwide internet hit.
We are grateful to him for the fact that he swam to save the kittens – many others would not do this. He risked his life to save them, and that makes him more human than anyone else. Check out the photos themselves and see what the kittens looked like later – photos will melt your heart. When the Navy officers returned to check for an oil spill from the sinking boat, they noticed 4 cats curled up on the crane structure.
Tatsafon Sai, 23, immediately took off his shirt, put on a life jacket and swam 50 feet to rescue the cats.
Time mattered as the boat quickly sank and fire began to spread throughout the boat.
All four cats were successfully rescued and attached to a naval boat.
The story has inspired many, and some have even gone so far as to demonstrate heroic efforts and how the fleet embraced happy cats.
